1. Acceptance of these terms
This website is owned and operated by Prajna Inclusive Special School, a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882 with registration number 361/2019, having its office at NS-19, G Block, Sector Gamma-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308.
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website. This constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act 2000 and does not require a physical signature.
2. Who may use this website
You may use this website if you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. If you are below 18 years of age, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Donations must be made from an account you are authorised to operate. Making a donation from someone else's payment instrument without their consent is prohibited.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or its databases.
- Do not introduce viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code.
- Do not use automated systems to extract data from the website in a way that disrupts it.
- Do not misrepresent yourself as being associated with Prajna, or solicit donations in Prajna's name without written authorisation.
- Do not use images of the children shown on this website for any purpose whatsoever.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, videos, graphics, and the Prajna name and logo — is the property of Prajna Inclusive Special School or is used with permission, and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and the Trade Marks Act 1999.
You may read, share and link to this content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Photographs of children on this website are published with the consent of their parents or guardians for the sole purpose of documenting Prajna's work. Downloading, republishing or reusing them elsewhere is expressly prohibited.
5. Donations
Donations made through this website are voluntary and are not consideration for any goods or services. Prajna applies donations towards its charitable objects at its discretion, unless a donation is made towards a specific appeal, in which case it is applied to that purpose.

6. No professional advice
Information on this website about special education, therapy and child development is provided for general awareness. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about a particular child.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, Prajna, its trustees, staff and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Third-party links and services
This website links to third-party services, including our social media pages, Google Maps, and the Razorpay payment gateway. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Grievance redressal
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, Prajna Inclusive Special School accepts and acts on complaints about this website, the content published on it, and the personal data it collects.
Write to the Grievance Officer at prajnacare@gmail.com, or by post to NS-19, G Block, Sector Gamma-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308. Please include your name, contact details, and a description of the complaint.
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
